Drayage for the Idaho Regional
The Ford Idaho Center can accept shipment of the robot the week of the event ONLY. It CANNOT arrive prior to Monday, March 25, 2019.
If there is an event scheduled the weekend prior to our regional, we don’t want to run the risk of it getting mixed up in that other event’s equipment.
The Ford Idaho Center will not take any responsibility for storage conditions or possible damage during it’s time there.
They will be able to store the box indoors, but would like the team to release them of any liability while the box is there without the team. I’ll get a letter that you guys can sign and email back for this. You may already have one.
The team will need to handle the Fedex shipping so that the crate is out of their building by Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
If The Ford Idaho Center has an event moving in that week, we don’t want the risk of your crate getting mixed up in that other event’s equipment.
